Session Content

Rationale

End-users’ desires, wishes and needs regarding social interaction may be very different. Men and women may have very different expectations in terms of useful solutions as they grow older. An example may be how  the way they used to live influence their present expectations. Whether they live in a rural or an urban area may also play a role in influencing their expectations . Do these differences have a potential impact on the business plan for future service implementations?

For this session we would like to receive contributions from the AAL projects (AAL JP, EC and national projects) and examine studies that address these topics.

Speakers are asked to concentrate strictly on the above questions and the related preliminary outcomes of the projects. Each speaker will have a maximum of 10 minutes  to provide an insight into the project’s experience. No overall description of the project or consortium will be required).

A final discussion with contributions from the audience will conclude the session.
