Rationale The interrelated effects of increasing chronic conditions with the ageing of population are compelling policy makers to change the paradigm of healthcare and care. Primary prevention through individualisation of responsibilities and activities with “health” as part of daily life is increasingly becoming the focus of new health concepts. . With this convergence of healthcare and wellness, new commercial opportunities are emerging in the organised health market.
