Note 1: This version is the pre-final version that should be used to collect signatures, printed & distributed in Lecce, and used as input to the face-2-face meeting (the side-event on 26-Sep-2011) in Lecce. For this reason, it is provided as a downloadable PDF as an indication that no major edits are expected to follow.
Note 2: The cover page will be updated with the latest list of supporting projects and group members when the final version is going to be sent to the Forum proceedings.
Note 3: As opposed to the earlier iterations where the transition from one version to the next was approved only by the DOC, in transition from v4 to v5, all people that had provided comments in any of the previous iterations were invited to approve or object the changes. From the DOC point of view, this was crucial for a version that was going to be called the pre-final version, especially because some of the comments on v4 were about substantial structural changes.
