CODATA, is the Committee on Data for Science and Technology, is an interdisciplinary Scientific Committee of the International Council for Science (ICSU). The Israel National committee decided today to organize on behalf of its parent organization a workshop on AAL interest data activities. The workshop is planned for 2012, but its organization will start soon.

It will be an International workshop where world recognized experts will be invited to deliver plenary lectures and all participants will be active in parallel sessions.

After formal approval of the International CODATA committee (www.codata.org) I shall also apply to AAL Forum to take formal part.
