How to book Accommodation
Accommodation reservations are taken together with your registration. The rates are in DKK and inclusive of breakfast and VAT. All rooms have a private bath or shower. To reserve a room, please book on the registration form. When you receive a confirmation the reservation is final. After August 10th 2010 you can still request accommodation but after this date we can no longer guarantee reservations.

Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellation of accommodation can be made before August 10th 2010. After this date a cancellation charge covering the first night is charged. Please communicate any cancellations to the following e-mail: kongres@odense.com (See also details under "contact").
