Urgent: looking for a technological partner

We are a Spanish software development company (www.csd.com.es). We are preparaing a proposal related to accessible daily services to elder people at home. We have already 2 partners (PT and UK) representing end-users.

We are looking for one technological partner to take care of the functional analysis and why not to provide any other added value.
