The EU Policy Workshop on a 'Public Primary Care Standard for Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) Services in Europe' takes place in Lisbon on 28/29th of June.

The workshop is a joint initiative of the Fraunhofer Portugal Research Center for Assistive Information and Communication Solutions (FhP-AICOS), in cooperation with the ICT for Inclusion unit of the European Commission, the European Ambient-Assisted Living Joint Programme (AAL JP), and the Health Cluster Portugal.

The Workshop should be seen as a contribution to the EC Action Plan Ageing Well in the Information Society, bringing together experts from user organizations, governmental institutions, insurances, industry and service providers (health, care, ICT).
