This year, the annual forum of the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme will focus on the following main themes: EU and national policies; AAL projects: outcomes and future; from research to business: delivering innovations; cutting edge ideas.
Around 1200 participants from across Europe are expected, including users and care organisations. Visiting tours will take participants to discover the Smartest Region of the World 2011 (Eindhoven region) and its way of approaching the demographic change.
The core values for each participant at the AAL Forum 2012 will be enclosed in FIVE i’s : Information, Inspiration, Imagination, Interaction and Innovation.
The special venue for this year’s forum is the UFO-shaped Evoluon in Eindhoven.
